a great opportunity to join our Operations team in supporting
defense projects in both development and manufacturing
environments. This varied role has a range of tasks to support
customer orders in a dynamic atmosphere. You will bring your
knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to
ensure alignment between material position and production schedule.
There will be a focus on supporting development programs. This
position is onsite and can sit at either our Salt Lake City UT or
San Jose CA facilities as this role will support both locations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Manage all aspects of MRP process from contract
receipt, material demand input through finished product delivery
Load material demand per contract and program requirements Review,
analyze and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in SAP
Evaluate material availability, identifying potential gaps and
proactively working supplied material problems Support analysis of
multiple Bills of Material in a MRP system; releasing work orders
and tracking material through the assembly process Material
planning in support of production orders, development and IR&D
Track progress with other teams in Quality, Supply Chain, and
Manufacturing Work with Program Managers to plan production
Inventory management and reporting Process improvement Attend a
variety of meetings Generate reports e.g. "What If" for Project
Management and teams as required Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant
experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer: Experience in a similar role in
Manufacturing or Supply Chain SAP experience Discipline of
execution knowledge/experience Knowledge/experience of MRP
Experience of supply chain solutions Ideally Six Sigma/CORE/Project
Management skills Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Project) Ability to work on urgent tasks in a busy environment

hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD -
144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
