• Phenomenal work environmentJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures, including commercial buildings, multifamily residences, and life sciences facilities. You will also be responsible for seismic retrofit projects, ensuring that structures are safe and secure in the event of an earthquake. This is a permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze structural systems for commercial buildings, multifamily residences, and life sciences facilities
  • Support seismic retrofit projects to ensure structures are safe and secure in the event of an earthquake
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure projects meet design requirements
  • Use CAD and Revit software to create detailed designs and construction plans
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
    • Professional Engineering (PE) license required
    • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on commercial buildings, multifamily residences, and life sciences facilities
    • Experience with seismic retrofit projects
    • Proficiency in CAD and Revit software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
