--- Understand and interpret construction plans, specifications and
geotechnical reports for roadway, highway and bridge projects as
well as residential and commercial developments.
--- Accurately calculate earthwork, material and utility needs from
project plans utilizing Excel, AGTEK, and BLUEBEAM.
--- Produce professional reports summarizing quantities.
--- Work with Estimators to address project specific needs to
include phasing and special traffic requirements.
--- Download and organize electronic files. Print and bind files
for estimating purposes.
--- Assist estimating department with subcontractor and supplier
quote solicitation as needed.
--- Assist estimating department with bid day closeout process as
