Job DescriptionAre you passionate about working on cutting edge
technology and bringing it to life? Then the Xe Silicon Engineering
team has opportunities for you. This team focuses on designing,
validating and delivering all silicon that drives our Xe product
roadmap. We are looking for a Pre-Silicon Performance Verification
Principal Eng/Architect to join our team. In this position, you
will be working as part of a Pre-Silicon Performance Verification
Team for current and next generation Graphics Products.Your
responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Architecting and driving Performance Verification Strategy and
Execution
- Developing and utilizing various software tools and/or
methodologies with the goal to ensure highly functional and
performant design
- Creating necessary tool/test environments, test content, and
verification flows necessary for verifying design performance
- Responsible for collaborating with Architecture/Modelling team
in defining design targets
- Communicating effectively, coordinating and working with
firmware developers, Si and IP teams
- Potentially participating in the debug of failures in silicon
and developing new testing strategies to detect these failures on
pre-silicon modelsBehavioral traits that we are looking for:

products.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum
qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.Minimum skills and experience:Candidate must have a
Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or
related computing disciple and 12+ years of Industry
experience.Your experience must be in the following:
- SOC/IP level verification/validation
- Computer Architecture and Digital Logic
- Memory/cache technologies
- RTL debugging skills
- SW development skills (Unit Testing and Test Driven
Development) and Debug
- Object-Oriented Programming Techniques: C/C++, Python or
PerlPreferred skills and experience:
- Performance validation or modelling
- Graphics architecture knowledge
- Reading and interpreting technical specs and Register Transfer
Level (RTL) code
- Evaluation of Workloads and synthetic benchmarks

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
California: $180,270.00-$288,770.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location
and experienceWorking ModelThis role will be eligible for our
hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time
between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate
