City Innovate is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to work closely with our growing customer base through their implementation of our SaaS Product. As Senior Solutions Engineer you will serve as the subject matter expert, both internally and externally, to help develop and maintain solutions to customers business needs. Additionally, you will serve as the subject matter expert for all things integration between City Innovate's platform and ServiceNow. Requirements

• 3-7 years experience as a Solutions Engineer or Consultant
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, including experience integrating with external platforms
• Experience with ServiceNow development, including Strategic Portfolio Management and Customer Service Management (CSM), scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development methods
• Experience with implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow
• Experience working with APIs to connect 3rd party systems with ServiceNow
• Ability to actively listen to requirements, both internally and externally, and provide solutions to address business issues
• Experience using extensive technical knowledge to configure software systems for customers
• Can research and create new technical solutions for potential clients
• Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and deliver on time
• Experience working with or within governments or have a general understanding of government procurement processes is a bonus Benefits
  • $120,000- 160,000 depending on experience
