Staff R&D EngineerLocation: This position is based in our
Campbell, California offices. This position is hybrid, full-time,

as well.What You'll Do: This position will lead the design,
development, manufacturability and launch of innovative
endovascular products. - Responsibilities include acting as
individual technical innovation contributor and working with
contract manufacturers. May participate in pre-clinical testing and
clinical evaluations. -
Participate in product definition
discussions for advanced generations of thrombectomy catheters and
accessoriesDevelop and prototype product concepts in response to
bench testing, pre-clinical evaluations and customer feedbackLead
technology transfer to manufacturing (to include development of
manufacturing procedures)Participate in risk analysis activities
and development of product testing plans and protocols; set up and
run product testing and protocols in accordance with project
plansWork with Marketing and Sales to determine needs in product
design, user interface, and possible integration of product with
other medical systems or products -What You'll Bring:
- BS or MS in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent
experience in the medical device industry.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's
degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
experience; or equivalent experience
- 6+ years increasingly responsible, relevant experience in the
medical device industry
- 3+ years' previous experience in technical innovation roleMust
be able to travel domestically and internationally 10%-20%Employee
