Job DescriptionSenior QA Automation Engineer Responsibilities

• Design and develop well-structured test plans and test cases
• Create functional API & UI tests for complex business requirements
• Participate in design review meetings for test plans with focus on functional, business, complex scenarios
• Work with engineers to promote TDD
• Collaborate with globally distributed team
• Work closely with developers, testers, product and UX teams to ensure their features are delivered
• Test the limits of software at both the project and application level, data pipeline, including integration with related applications
• Create and track to RTM Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relative field
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering and testing of web applications
  • Expertise in Java, JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver, or similar programming languages
  • Experience working with GIT, Jenkins and on any other CI/CD tools
  • Experience in Web Services/ API endpoints
  • Working knowledge of JSON, XML, HTML and DHTML
  • Working knowledge on Postman, SoapUI or JMeter
  • Comfortable with backend, unit, integration, and system testing
  • Experience with black-box, white-box testing, penetration & performance testing
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases with test management tools
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
