QZ Solutions is a direct sales and marketing firm working on behalf of world-renowned telecommunications organizations. We utilize a direct marketing approach. Due to our record-breaking numbers, our clients have given us the green light to hire an incoming entry-level class. QZ Solutions is looking to immediately hire self-motivated, positive, and passionate candidates to develop into Entry Level Sales Support Representatives. Ideal candidates are seeking professional growth, a great work atmosphere, and opportunity for the future. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a major plus for the role but are not necessary to apply. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Support Representative : Handle customer inquiries and complaints directly face to face with customers Provide information about the products and services by our client which can change and vary depending on the campaign needs Troubleshoot, resolve product issues, concerns while reporting directly to the management team Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
