Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven
marketing solutions that communicates the value of DocuSign s
Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand
the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design
creative for a new business campaign. Refine messaging around new
product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop
innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and
training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of
DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our
The Global Integrated Marketing Program Manager is a critical
supporter of program management across the global marketing
organization. This role will collaborate with cross-functional
teams to project manage various global marketing campaigns and
initiatives across the Creative & Brand, Product Marketers,
Marketing Operations, Demand Gen and Event Marketers that drive
customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth globally.
Aligning teams, workflows, resources and budget, this role will
support and evangelizes standard operating procedures for global
integrated campaign planning, prioritization, management,
execution, and communication.
This position reports to the Director, Integrated Marketing Program
* Manage DocuSign s internal global marketing calendar of
campaigns, programs, and events within Percolate.
* Assist marketing teams to navigate the workflow processes for
campaigns and programs by identifying requirements, dependencies
and work back schedules to manage to deadlines.
* Work directly with teams in global regions to bring HQ campaigns
* Track progress, understand dependencies, and communicate status
to global project stakeholders and management.
* Ability to balance team expectations, business needs, and
resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work
as a project evolves.
* Work with various cross-functional stakeholders to gather,
document, and share best practices, playbooks, and guides for
scaling high-impact marketing initiatives.
* Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum
* Bachelor s degree in Business or Marketing
* 8 years business experience
* 4 years experience in BtoB campaign and/or program management
* Strong written/verbal communication and project management skills
with teams in multiple time regions.
* Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fluid work
* Strong cross functional experience with marketing, sales,
customer, and product functions.
* Project management experience with multiple complex stakeholder
groups at multiple levels of Marketing.
