We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency, who can generate engaging content and manage our social media presence.Responsibilities:---Content Creation: Generate creative ideas for content that will engage and educate our target audience. Write clear, concise, and informative articles, blog posts, and social media content on various blockchain industry topics.--- Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content strategy and calendar in collaboration with senior management. Ensure the strategy is executed, up-to-date, and incorporates correct tagging and tracking.--- Research: Conduct in-depth research on specific cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and related topics to gather accurate and reliable information for long-form and short-form content.--- SEO Optimization: Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and following best practices for on-page optimization.--- Collaboration: Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing and engaging assets for published content. Ensure consistency with branding and tone of voice.--- Content Quality: Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and free from grammar or spelling errors. Be accountable for final edits on all copy and multimedia assets.--- Social Media Management: Grow MVGlobal's audience by developing and executing creative, platform- and brand-appropriate ideas. Oversee social media channels including X.com and LinkedIn.--- Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.--- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor the effectiveness of your content and perform research to stay up-to-date with current best practices in the industry. Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.--- Innovation and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to drive innovation in social media efforts.--- Voice and Tone: Ideally, the candidate has worked in a venture capital (VC) firm and understands the voice, brand, and risks associated with certain types of content. The the ability to craft content that is both technical and institutional is essential.Core Requirements:--- 5+ years of experience related to content creation, preferably within the Web3 industry.--- Proven experience as a Crypto Content Writer, Social Media Specialist, or similar role,with a strong portfolio of published content on various blockchain-related topics.--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.--- In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology, and relatedtopics.--- Familiarity with different types of cryptocurrencies, blockchain platforms, CeFi, and DeFi concepts.--- Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from various sources, including whitepapers, technical documentation, and credible online resources.--- Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content accordingly.--- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.--- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.--- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.--- A passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the potential of decentralized finance.--- Ability to take initiative and work proactively.--- Experience in a VC firm, with an understanding of the specific voice and brand.
