and Beyond Yoga.As Brand Marketing Specialist, Dockers, you will
report to the Dockers Director of Marketing for US/Canada. You help
shape and implement the Dockers brand presence in the region.
Responsible for both Social Media and Public Relations strategies,
this professional enhances Brand Equity metrics and fostering
positive brand perception. By curating engaging content, working
with important partners, and driving media visibility, the
Specialist contributes to Dockers' growth and reputation.About the
JobSocial Media
- Manage Dockers social media strategy and calendar posts in the
US and Canada and to enhance brand awareness, interaction and
follower growth.
- Responsible for the brand's content on Facebook, YouTube, X,
Instagram and TikTok.
- Create the differentiated content grid for each Dockers
profiles in social media.
- Ensure that brand social media comments are answered.
- Work with the Media Agency on the paid ads strategy to increase
the interaction of the posts and their reach.
- Increase the number of followers on social media.
- Make social media content in Canva or Microsoft Designer
according to each profile.
- Craft and release organic content for Reels and TikTok (basic
video editing) at Dockers stores near San Francisco.
- Present improvement plans for Social Media indicators.
- Report monthly, quarterly and annual results to
management.
- Liaise with global teams to share best practices and define
strategies.Public Relations
- Develop comprehensive US PR plans, setting objectives, KPIs,
strategies and program roadmaps.
- Manage PR agency execution to achieve brand goals, including
increased media publications, product placements and engagement
with content creators.
- Cultivate relationships with Editors, Key Opinion Leaders,
Influencers, and Brand Advocates.
- Distribute seeding/samples to press, agencies and
influencers.
- Manage one PR direct reportBilling Process
- Ensure submission of Finance process and invoices.
- Monitor the billing process with company partners.
- Track budget expenses monthly, semi-annually, and
annually.About You
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Min 4 years of relevant digital marketing, social media
management or Creative Agencies.
- Fluent in Microsoft Suite, Canva, Photoshop, or Microsoft
Designer.The expected starting salary range for this role is
$66,500- $104,800. We may ultimately pay more or less than the
posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a
particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based
on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant
education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and
