are seeking an experienced Senior Media Strategist to join our
Marketing team, supporting both the US & UK markets. As Senior
Media Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and
implementing effective full funnel media strategies to drive brand
awareness, consideration and conversion of the Afterpay/Clearpay
product.You will be responsible for developing comprehensive media
plans, ensuring creative consistency and overseeing execution.You
Will:
- Develop effective media plans xChannels to drive
Afterpay/Clearpay's business goals
- Own the creative strategy across all media touch points,
ensuring strong creative consistency in all ad units &
placements
- Own and optimize the customer journey across all media
touchpoints, including landing page optimization on web and
app
- Create targeting and segmentation strategy to support
overarching Afterpay/Clearpay customer strategy
- Conduct research and analysis of target markets, consumer
behavior and media trends for campaign execution
- Collaborate with brand marketing, integrated marketing & paid
growth team to build seasonal and ad hoc media plans
- Manage agency implementation & execution of media
- Partner with the Analytics team to track, measure and report on
campaign performance. Provide regular updates and insights to
stakeholders
- Stay on top of media trends and constantly bring new
opportunities to businessQualificationsYou Have:
- 8+ years of media strategy & planning experience
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising (Display, CTV,
Streaming, Native Ads)
- Creative minded
- Full funnel marketing experience working both with brand and
performance media
- Analytical thinker and strong ability to problem solve
- Collaborative team member who enjoys working cross-functionally
across teamsAdditional InformationBlock takes a market-based
approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S.
locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of
labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's
starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills,
experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $152,100 - USD $185,900
Zone B: USD $141,500 - USD $172,900
Zone C: USD $133,800 - USD $163,600
Zone D: USD $121,700 - USD $148,700To find a location's zone
