From nursing staffing, temp to hire, and permanent to healthcare contracts, 10bits provides hospitals and medical facilities with high-quality clinical professionals with the highest standards and compliance to provide the best medical care.Job Title: Marketing ManagerJob Location: San Francisco, CA, 94103Job Type: ContractJob Duties:* SEM, Google App Campaign, and Apple Search Ads campaign management globally for client's different lines of business across both B2B and B2C.* Understand and translate business needs into campaigns, with a focus on building campaign strategies that scale.* Manage the day-to-day delivery and optimization of SEM and App campaigns including keyword builds, negative keyword management, bidding, creative management & testing, experimentation, & reporting.* Understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating, with a focus on productivity* Partner with teams across performance marketing including Creative, Product, Applied Sciences, Engineering, & Business TeamsJob Requirements:* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* At least 3 years working in SEM and/or paid channels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.* A self-starting and ownership attitude to seize opportunities that'll make an impact.* An understanding of web and app media buying, tracking, and attribution.* Experience using Excel or SQL* Excellent analytical skills* Strong communication skills and ability to convey the why and how behind the what.* Experience with app-based businesses and building campaign strategy for campaigns driving to app store and web* Global campaign management experience* Experience with incrementally testing and experimentation.* Technical understanding of marketing and analytics technologies associated with the role.* Robust report generation skillsSchedule:* Monday to Friday* 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob Type: ContractPay: $60.00 - $64.00 per hourSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):* Able to work Hybrid/OnsiteExperience:* working in SEM and/or paid channels: 3 years (Required)Work Location: In person
