Summary
The Marketing Production Associate will be focused on taking short-term projects from planning to completion. The objective is to collaborate with members from the following Marketing Teams as well as other departments: Brand Management, Special Services, and the Product Management team. A Marketing Producer is involved in the creation and completion of the work.These projects may include anything related to creative assets. Some examples are: campaigns, social assets, event assets, signage, decals, packaging, and/or presentations.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Focus on short-term initiatives.
  • Organize projects and tasks with maximum clarity and task management.
  • Analyze the difference between tasks, projects, and campaigns. Put project teams together and check resources in and out as needed.
  • Outline Scope of Work, set budgets, align timelines, include stakeholders, assign tasks, procure information, monitor progress, evaluate and report risks, clearly communicate, and report results.
  • Manage unexpected changes or issues during a project lifecycle and adapt quickly.
  • Ensure marketing operations have a balanced level of services applied to each brand.
  • Look for opportunities for maximum operational efficiency.
  • Use process tools to collect arrogate data to support team efficiency and process. Share results with leadership to support decision making by upper management.
  • Prepare and update project status and documentation through Work Front.
  • Prepare status reports.
  • Report up and out regularly.
  • Exercise reliability to gain and maintain team members' trust and support.

        Position Qualifications:
        Education:Associate Degree in business or marketing, or similar.
        Experience: 1-2+ years experience of project management or other marketing experience, preferred.
        Work Environment and Physical Requirements:Office or production/manufacturing environment depending on assignment.May be required to lift 20 lbs. frequently.May be required to walk, stand, sit, bend and/or lift for long periods of time.May require vision abilities to validate and enter data on computer.
