We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing professional to support the specialty pharmacy area of Optum.


You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.


Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Support the unique marketing needs of our specialty pharmacy business
  
• Bring your fresh, creative vision and knack for working with others to harness diverse creative approaches to research and design new ways to connect with patients, providers and payers professionally and personally
  
• Engineer experiences (online, social, digital, portal) that are memorable and meaningful to drive engagement and growth
  
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues, product managers, subject matter experts, sales and account management teams to launch authentic conversations that support capability and product launches
  
• Coordinate the development of creative projects with UAX
  
• Ensure branding and messaging are consistently utilized across all marketing materials
  
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed

  Required Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing or Communications (or a related field)
    
  • 3+ years of work experience in a Marketing or Communications role
    
  • 2+ years of multimedia digital engagement experience
    
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • 1+ years of experience in health care or pharma or specialty pharmacy industry (preferred)
      
    • 1+ years of copywriting experience
      
    • Demonstrated self-starter and team player
      
    • Proven organizational skills
      
    • Demonstrated ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables in order to meet deadlines
      
    • Proven ability to work with a wide range of colleagues and subject matter experts
      
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines

      California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $67,800 to $133,100. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
