LeadCompany:PrologisIn 2022 a new Marketing leadership team was
formed to establish Prologis' marketing infrastructure and enhance
capabilities to help drive awareness and consideration for its
growing Prologis Essentials platform. The Marketing leadership team
plays a critical role in the success of the business units across
its operations, energy & sustainability, mobility and workforce.
The Marketing team is composed of dedicated experts across critical
marketing disciplines, with a passion for supporting Prologis and
its customers to reduce the world's carbon footprint while also
increasing revenue and profitability. - -We are looking for an
outstanding data-driven and creative-minded Growth lead to add to
our Marketing Team. In this role, you will report to the Director
of Global Digital Marketing and work closely with product marketing
and sales teams to play a major role in building and scaling our
growth engine. You will be responsible for creating and executing
awareness and demand generation marketing campaigns across digital
channels that enable the company to achieve our revenue targets. -

- Drive the growth of brand awareness, lead generation and
engagement within our target segments using digital acquisition
channels to generate interactions and conversions -
- Plan, develop, and execute demand generation and marketing
campaigns, including digital advertising, email / marketing
automation, account based marketing, and other digital programs
that feed our sales teams with MQLs - -
- Develop multi-touch omnichannel nurture programs to engage
prospects, collect their 1st party data and move them along the B2B
buy cycle toward conversion -
- Support data hygiene in Salesforce, including building and
maintaining account hierarchies and developing best practices
-
- Partner closely with sales / revenue operations to continually
improve and refine lead scoring, waterfall metrics, lead flow
process, and ensure optimal flow through the lead lifecycle -
- Proven success in working with cross-functional teams,
including Product, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and Creative to
create and execute against shared goal -
- Partner with Creative and Technology leads on the design-build
of high performing digital ad campaigns and complex lead nurture
streams -
- Partner with Web Product and Analytics leads on design-build of
CRO program, implementing strong A/B, multivariate testing and
personalization programs on our web properties -
- A passion for transforming every customer touch point into a
unique and timely experience that pushes users along the B2B buy
cycle - -
- Measure and iterate on media mix and the ROI impact using LTV
and CAC metrics -
- Ability to track user behavior through their digital
impressions/intent signals and infer data-driven insights to drive
appropriate next best actions -
- Deep SME in the marketing technology stack, with proficiency in
CRM (ie, email and marketing automation), digital analytics and
attribution modelling -
- Ambitious self-starter who islaser focused on driving
efficiency of spend and business impact (ie, MQL/SQL targets)

- An eye for detail with critical thinking skills to execute
efficiently -To Be Successful, You'll Need--- -
- 5+ years of B2B growth or demand gen marketing experience to
design and execute digital campaigns to drive awareness,
engagement, conversion, upsell/cross-sell, and advocacy -
- Fortune 1000 experience. B2B strongly preferred. - -
- Experience across multiple go-to-market motions a plus:
enterprise demand gen, account-based marketing (ABM),
ecommerce/growth hacking -
- Expert with performance marketing and managing paid media
agency relationships -
- Expert with CRM and marketing automation tools (eg, Pardot,
Marketo, Hubspot)
- Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret data and
use it to drive campaigns and growth experiments -
- Not a creative, but someone that knows how to get the best work
from a creative team -
- Experience with engaging content creation for awareness and
demand generation campaigns -
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple
priorities effectively -
- Collaborative team player and self-starter, able to work well
with senior leadership -
- Experience growing a database organically and generating warm
leads for sales -
- Creative, innovative, resourceful, with the ability to work
successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing

of: $109,000.00 - $143,000.00. Salary and whole compensation
package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate's
location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities,
as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
