Job Description:
Overview and Responsibilities -Feld Advertising is looking for a
Senior Digital Media Manager to plan, execute and optimize digital
media campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is a natural
self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
This person should be proficient at planning, executing, and
optimizing paid digital media campaigns across multiple platforms,
and is proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
--- - - - - - - Lead overall strategic paid digital campaign
planning and execution processes with oversight from Media
Director--- - - - - - - Develop digital objectives, strategies, and
media plans that deliver on client's marketing goals--- - - - - - -
Lead digital media buying processes: create and issue RFPs, manage
vendor correspondence, evaluate proposals, negotiate pricing and
buy elements, and select partners across video, display, and social
digital channels.--- - - - - - - Lead set-up of campaigns in buy
management software including self-serve digital platforms for
social, display and video--- - - - - - - Develop and traffic tags
for digital media campaigns--- - - - - - - Collaborate with team
members to manage budgets and workflow, track timelines and
deliverables--- - - - - - - Lead campaign reporting and analysis,
recommend and execute optimizations, and negotiate make-goods and
credits--- - - - - - - Proactively monitor and share relevant
digital trends and marketing news with team and clients--- - - - -
- - Immerse in clients' businesses, industries and competitors, and
leverage that knowledge to help generate new ideas to strategically
grow clients' businesses--- - - - - - - Effectively communicate and
interact with clients in a way that positively impacts the agency
relationship--- - - - - - - Handle multiple tasks easily,
consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines--- - - - - - -
Collaborate with team members throughout the planning process to
foster, facilitate and consistently deliver multi-channel programs
that are on strategy, on time, and on budget - -Qualifications ----
- - - - - - Bachelor's degree--- - - - - - - Minimum of 4-6 years
of experience at media agency as a digital media planner/buyer--- -
- - - - - Solid expertise with multiple online media channels
including programmatic display and video, and social media
marketing--- - - - - - - Experience with different pricing models
(CPA, CPM, CPC, CPL)--- - - - - - - Experience with website tagging
and tracking--- - - - - - - Skill with third-party ad delivery
technology (DCM), campaign monitoring (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify),
buy management platform, MediaOcean/Prisma, and social listening
tools.--- - - - - - - In-depth experience with digital vendors,
platforms and DSPs, including DV360, Trade Desk, and social
platforms, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.--- - - - - - -
Ability to manage projects, problem solve and lead flawless
execution of media plans from start to finish--- - - - - - -
Experience with analytics and reporting/dashboard tools; ability to
analyze and pull actionable insights--- - - - - - - Ability to
effectively manage, prioritize and report on multiple projects
simultaneously under tight deadlines--- - - - - - - Excellent
interpersonal, presentation, writing, and listening skills,
including ability to clearly and concisely communicate to client
and all team members--- - - - - - - Exemplary problem-solving
skills, using solid judgment to thoroughly analyze various options
before making a decision--- - - - - - - Ability to articulate and
defend agency's recommendations and points of view through data and
sound rationale--- - - - - - - Advanced skills with Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint
Compensation -Feld is an established (20+ years in business), yet
rapidly growing, full-service advertising agency. We are looking
for candidates who are excited by the growth opportunity provided.
We will offer a competitive total compensation package to the right
candidates, with a salary starting at $110,000 commensurate with
skills and experience. This role can either be based at our San
Francisco office (hybrid work model), or fully remote. - -Benefits
