Leave people elated, albeit wistfully recognizing they may have just ended the experience of their lifetime?What we're looking for:Reporting directly to the Marketing Senior Manager, the Marketing Associate (MA) will support the Non Plus Ultra Marketing, Regional Sales Teams, and Business Development. As the MA, you are responsible for planning and executing marketing and advertising activities that drive marketing qualified (MQ) lead generation to fill the Non Plus Ultra sales pipeline. Marketing and advertising activities include multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, event, and marketing platform channels. You understand the details of B2B (business-to-business) marketing and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and apply such analysis to drive business decisions.We are growing in San Francisco Bay Area and Denver and into other areas - and we don't plan on stopping there. We are expanding our team through aggressive, yet strategic hiring, and we are strengthening our existing team by designing and executing high-value add of people programs and processes.This role is based out of San Francisco -- we expect you to work from our offices in San Francisco at least 3 days a week. - The other two days may be done remotely as agreed on with your manager. - - This job will require multi-day travel to Denver and other cities.Who We Are:We are Non Plus Ultra - a passionate gang of compulsive go-getters, resourceful space-makers, and community-building do-gooders. Develop, implement, and track multi-channel marketing programs (e.g. digital campaign, event) that drive marketing qualified (MQ) lead generationCollaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales and production) to develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing initiativesAnalyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns (e.g. key performance indicators) to optimize effortsConduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunitiesDevelop and create client-facing sales materials, such as sales collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met to support revenue generationCoordinate with the design and content teams to generate marketing materials for multi-channel marketing initiatives that support optimal MQ lead generationWork with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing programsCollaborate with Sales on third-party partnerships (e.g., Sponsorships, Associations) to support lead-generation effortsWhat we are looking for:The requirements listed in the job description are guidelines. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or similar experiencePassionate about driving measurable results through optimizing and scaling marketing campaigns.Experience with inbound and outbound marketing tacticsExcellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysisCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience in both online and offline advertisingAbility to work under pressure and motivation to succeed -Constantly evolving and driven to look for new ways to improveCollaborative abilities especially with cross-functional teams -Time management with the ability to prioritize tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of various marketing and analytic tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and GSuite/MS SuiteRespect and kindness in all situations within and outside of the organizationAbility to travel to regional markets periodicallyPreferred
Bachelor degreeExperience with event industry and sales -Experience with project management, particularly cross-functional projectsHours, Pay, and Benefits
