We're looking for a demand gen expert to develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers for Tarana. If you love data, have great writing skills, and are an expert in your craft, this might be the role for you. This person will be critical for the business, attracting and tracking new leads, and generating interest for the company. This is an in-person role, based out Milpitas, CA.

Tarana Wireless, Inc. is the industry's performance leader and new category creator in next-generation fixed wireless access (ngFWA). Our G1 access platform is powered by a number of well-proven industry firsts in precise, multidimensional optimization of radio signals, achieved through the team's 10 years of intense collaboration and $300M of dedicated R&D investment in ground-up algorithm development and design of custom ASICs. G1 delivers a game-changing advance in fixed wireless access network economics, addressing service providers' challenges in both mainstream broadband and underserved markets, using unlicensed spectrum. Our company is headquartered in Milpitas, California, with additional research and development in Pune, India.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define the demand gen strategy with a clear understanding of the market opportunity
• Collaborate with the team to define customer segments and targeting
• Develop and coordinate execution of the demand gen strategy across the different channels
• Run and manage campaigns such as email, nurture, re-engagement, webinar, event, social media, etc.
• Build landing pages and forms to capture leads via Hubspot
• Develop and implement a scoring model and flow for all leads in Hubspot and Salesforce
• Optimize funnel performance and increase pipeline contribution
• Define KPIs and forecasts, and deliver against them
• Effectively communicate across the marketing team to share plans, updates, and results
• Identify areas to increase demand effectiveness
• Research marketing trends to always be up to date
  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
  • 7+ years of demand generation experience
  • 5+ years of HubSpot and Salesforce experience
  • Solid track record of developing and managing a successful demand gen strategy
  • Experience in fixed wireless or telecommunications preferred
  • BS degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
