Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: Loop Commerce is on a
mission to reshape e-commerce and gifting. With our award winning,
patented GiftNow - service, clients are able to remove the
obstacles consumers face when trying to buy a gift for. By
integrating the personalization of gifting within the online
stores, and tackling the challenges associated with shopping for
others (e.g. not knowing their size, preferred color, shipping
address, or the need to have the gift delivered today), Loop makes
buying gifts not only seamless, stress free and thoughtful for
consumers, but accessible when no other option exists. Loop
Commerce was acquired by Synchrony (NYSE: SYF) in June 2018.The
Loop Commerce, Marketing Leader, will oversee all marketing related
activities for the company. T his role helps define and support the
vision and strategic direction of Loop Commerce's gifting product
lines - e-product gifting, digital and physical gift cards and
corporate gifting. This role is responsible for developing and
executing Loop Commerce marketing initiatives.Focused on both B2B
and B2C, the successful Marketing Leader will expand channel
distribution, refine marketing and value proposition messaging,
identify and segment targeted audiences to meet performance and
growth objectives. The primary KPIs are focused on profitably
driving merchants/retailers and consumer adoption.This role leads
2-3 direct FTEs and reports into the General Manager of Loop
Commerce (dotted line to Digital Platform CMO).The ideal candidate
will be a consultative strategist, thought leader, and strong
collaborator who works across cross functional teams within Loop
Commerce & Synchrony.This position is remote, where you have the
option to work from home. The position can be located anywhere
within the continental US. On occasion we may request for you to
commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities
such as team meetings, training and culture events. To ensure the

Create the vision, develop the roadmap and execute a comprehensive
marketing plan to support both the B2B and B2C aspects of the
business - product e-gifting, gift cards and corporate gifting
Ability to build and manage a team - lead, motivate, inspire: set a
direction and rally support to deliver Experience in growth
methodologies and executions for e-commerce solutions Strategic
thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to help reach marketing
and sales goals Ability to identify, prioritize, and gain alignment
around marketing and product strategies Experience with digital
marketing and acquisition channels - from the strategy to tactical
hands-on execution Increase industry awareness of gift-commerce as
a valuable category, and company's leadership within it Identify
areas of growth, including new acquisition channels Ensures
company's message is distributed across channels and to targeted
audiences in order to meet sales objectives Establish company's as
a thought leader in commerce and fintech Perform other duties
and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma
and 15+ years of marketing experience in the credit card, financial
services, or gift card industries 7+ years of marketing experience
within the B2B2C technology-based industry space to include: 3+
years of leadership experience with direct report Desired
Characteristics: Start-up experience especially around product
growth in eCommerce platforms. eCommerce experience Marketing
growth expert Marketing experience preferably in retail, direct
marketing, gift card space, B2B2C Strong digital commerce
understanding Ability to navigate & work within a matrixed
environment- leveraging the right partners/teams to deliver on
desired objectives Strong sales presentation skills Outstanding
communications, relationship building, and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement actionable
plans to drive business results Proven ability to partner and
communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Willingness to challenge the status quo and influence strategic
direction when needed Willingness to travel as needed Eligibility
Requirements: You must be 18 years or older You must have a high
school diploma or equivalent You must be willing to take a drug
test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints
as part of the onboarding process You must be able to satisfy the
requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with
the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.Once
this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate
will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post
for future non-exempt roles.Employees, level 8 or greater, must
have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post.All
internal employees must have at least a "consistently meets
expectations" performance rating and have approval from your

The salary range for this position is 115,000.00 - 230,000.00 USD
AnnualSalaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY
and some positions are bonus eligible.Grade/Level: 14Job Family
