Fitbod is searching for our first-ever full-time copywriter to join the Marketing team! As Fitbod continues to grow, instilling a cohesive brand voice across all channels is crucial for the experience of our users. In this role you would work closely with the VP of Marketing on definitional projects such as building out overall brand voice, foundational messaging and copy guidelines, as well as weekly marketing deliverables, such as writing & reviewing copy across all marketing channels and in-product UX. Responsibilities:

• Develop a consistent, clear tone of voice that resonates with our users and elevates the Fitbod brand
• Build out best practices and copywriting as a function within Fitbod; Instill a cohesive brand voice and identity to be utilized across all channels -
• Develop copy and creative concepts for cross-channel campaigns, including email, web, product, paid social, and brand campaigns
• Oversee, mentor, and provide direction to other writers within the organization
• Serve as the at-the-ready proofreader across the organization Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of professional in-house copywriter experience, preferably with a mobile app or B2C startup
  • A strong & relevant portfolio of work
  • Extensive experience & success in tailoring copy to perform across various mediums (e.g. email, push, social, digital paid media, video scripts, blog, in-product)
  • A commitment impeccable grammar and error-free work
  • Experience and comfort in applying creative feedback both to and from various stakeholders across the business
