Position: REMOTE Marketing Communications Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Starts: Within the Week

Duration: Full-Time

Status: Full-Time

Rate: $115K-$120K with a hard stop at $125K

Our client in the food industry is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager with a focus on developing B2B marketing campaign strategies and multichannel engagements to develop and execute integrated marketing & brand communication initiatives for a complex portfolio of products.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. This role is currently remote, but will require some onsite attendance.

Responsible for internal and external brand + marketing communications, both development and actual execution. Act as the point person for marketing communications projects, liaising with executives, marketing colleagues, and other internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Create strategies for new programs / offerings
• Content development and content strategy
• Working with internal teams to create marketing materials that represent products/brands and/or organization to prospects
• creating compelling and effective value messages for B2B customers
• Promoting the company's culture via multi channel communications: print, digital/social, email, events, PR
• Developing and executing social media strategy within the marketing department
• Oversee external PR agency for press releases, media relations, case studies, and project profiles
• Create new content and marketing solutions
• Managing teams and projects on a global scale
• Leading and building a team
  
  Experience must haves:
  
  • BA in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations or related
  • 6-8 years experience in marketing communications, advertising, agency or related on the B2B side
  • Global experience with ability to interact at all levels of a global organization and to drive consensus and decisioning
  • Solid B2B Mar Com experience
  • Experience with multi-functional / matrixed teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written
