Overview
Join the Consumer Group Go-To-Market Operations & Technology Team
(GOAT) as a Marketing Manager 2 for Pricing Operations. This lead
role oversees enabling business growth projects for pricing and
promotion setup and helps define the roadmaps for system
capabilities to accelerate speed-to-market, stability and
reliability of our pricing systems.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of work experience in one or more of the following:
commerce or marketing operations within the Consumer Tech, SaaS,
Enterprise Tech, Business Messaging, or Platform Partnerships
industries.
- 5+ years managing projects with very strong time management,
organizational and communication skills. Six-sigma belt a
plus.
- Excellent oral and written communications to simply communicate
complex requirements, presenting, meeting facilitation,
negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organized and logical critical
thinking.
- Strong execution in a fast-paced environment being able to
think and react quickly.
How you will lead
- Own pricing and promotions technical setup including price
tests, voucher and promotion discounts with quality and
compliance.
- Act as a primary approver and influencer for commerce solutions
that benefit the Consumer Group, including solution design reviews,
user acceptance testing, system demos and more.
- Manage broad communication of pricing changes including
operational updates.
- Drive operational excellence for pricing and portfolio
management by enhancing processes and identifying new system
capabilities to improve operational metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders (marketing strategy and customer
care) and serve as a trusted advisor to the operational
implications of setting up promotional campaigns, price tests and
seasonal changes on pricing.
- Use data and metrics to influence various levels of management
on operational needs.
- Investigate pricing discrepancies and manage incident
triage.
