We are relentless executors, unconventional thinkers, and masters of our craft. - Learn more about our Series G fundraising round here. - The Team You'll Work With The Demand Generation Team develops and executes journeys that usher prospects and customers from awareness to purchase to advocacy, optimizing for return on investment. We answer the question, to what extent is Marketing a lever for growth and how do we maximize that lever? We own the technical foundation for Marketing's execution in each channel and Marketing's impact on the overall business and its product lines. - In this vital Marketing role, you will support the execution and operational approach to email and in-app marketing communications. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, as the Email Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with Marketing Ops and Demand Generation to deliver and scale a world-class foundation for email. You will represent email as a revenue-producing channel for the company, executing on initiatives and reporting out its contribution to pipeline generation. - The Problems You'll Solve

• Deliver emails to our audience of more than 2 million people
• Ensure high quality email communications are maintained -
• Increase key inputs for successful sales pipeline generation
• A/B test emails to consistently iterate to the best possible email communications -
• Pilot new content, series, and delivery methods
• Collaborate with design to implement new email styles and templates - About You The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for communication. You excel in balancing strategic planning with execution and are comfortable getting your hands dirty.
  • 3+ years of experience, preferable in B2B marketing -
  • 2+ years of experience sending large scale emails
  • Marketo and/or Outreach experience is preferred -
  • Effective, clear, and concise, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach
