Today, our technology connects all healthcare stakeholders, automating and simplifying medical benefits checks and prior authorization at the point of care, enabling payment transparency for patients and freeing up provider time to deliver prompt and quality care.

Who we're looking for

Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Content Marketing Manager will spearhead the development of our content plan and lead content production to support our brand, product marketing, and demand generation efforts. You'll create written, video, audio, and image-based content to increase brand visibility and engagement.

As our first hire in Content Marketing, this is a production-heavy role as many materials will be created in-house. You will be able to lean on freelance supporting staff for video, graphic, and audio production and editing, but own 100% of ideation and writing.

  • Craft stories. You will create a content/editorial calendar that attracts our target audience and drives demand for Myndshft solutions (think blogs, eBooks, webinars, case studies, landing pages etc.)
  • Build + Execute a strategy. You will own everything from creating the strategy to writing the content, and spreading it far and wide across our available channels
  • Collaborate. Partner with sales and product marketing to create content that helps people understand the problems Myndshft solves
  • Amplify customers. Tell the world about our customer successes through webinars, case studies, social media, and more
  • Explore new channels. Experiment with new ways to engage buyers with content at different stages of the funnel

    Optimize. Analyze content performance and share insights and recommendations with the Marketing team

    • 7+ years of content marketing and production experience, especially for a B2B technology company (Domain knowledge in the healthcare space is a big plus)
    • Expert strategic copywriter with a passion for creative thinking and storytelling
    • Ability to plan and create compelling stories across formats and channels, whether video, digital, long-form, infographics, slides, blogs
    • Attention to detail - you maintain a methodical process and a high standard of excellence in your work while managing tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
    • You are driven, a self-starter and excited by start-up environments. You are able to roll up your sleeves, execute, and create scalable processes within a growing company
    • Creativity. This is a role that requires creative thinking so that we can break through the noise and ensure that our story reaches our target audience
