As the need for providing higher level virtual mental health services increases, ERC and Pathlight are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to help us expand access and further our position as the leader in virtual mental health treatment.Ideally this candidate will be a strategic business partner first and a strong verbal and written communicator a close second. This person is passionate about mental health and will love working with our clinical teams, leadership, field marketing and subject matter experts to develop strategic, multi-channel plans and strategies that will help us set ourselves apart in providing the best quality care in a virtual environment. We are looking for a seasoned marketing thought-leader who will drive focused marketing strategy and implementation.This candidate is a strong leader and team player and is energized by being part of a passionate, fast-moving, mission-driven organization. This Marketing Communications Manager will support our key channels - including field marketing, digital and public relations - as they develop strategies to meet key business objectives. They'll also look forward to using their strong communications and storytelling skills to amplify our unique business offering and drive business results. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Communications Manager will be a key contributor to our marketing team.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business goals and challenges, develop and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the telebehavioral health category and key competitors and conduct and incorporate research to inform messaging and marketing plan development.Develop and manage integrated marketing plans from start to finish briefing internal channel teams and creative partners, managing project key miles stones and cross-functional and leadership team review.Establish and continue to refine virtual treatment value proposition and messaging. Lead communications across organization for strategic program messaging.Author insight-led creative briefs and lead creative development of marketing campaigns and communication with emphasis on ensuring deliverables are high-quality and meet set deadlines.Identify and manage content based on audience needs. Support copywriting needs by developing some copy. In addition, oversee the writing for marketing materials including email newsletters, articles, blogs, video scripts, digital and print ads etc.Support field marketing team by providing them with effective tools and assets including collateral, digital communications, and event support.Identify effectiveness and impact of current B2B and B2C marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly in collaboration with channel stakeholders.Analyze competitive landscape, insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Lead the execution of marketing plans and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are accurate and on time.Conduct and implement research efforts instrumental in information go to market strategies and messaging.EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related degreeSeasoned marketing manager, specialist, or similar role with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns and cross-functional team strategies.Have ability and proven experience to think and execute cross-channel and full-funnelAbility to excel in fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative work environmentStrong attention to detail and project management skillsDemonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and toolsExceptional written and verbal communicatorCohesive and compelling writing skills and an eye for consistent messagingPositive attitude and successful team playerExpanded knowledge of mental health and/or telebehavioral health a plusWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUEvery role at ERC and Pathlight is essential to delivering the high-quality care we promise to our patients.
