Our DTC (direct-to-consumer) accessory wellness brand based in Los Angeles is hiring for a Growth Marketing Manager. (position can be fully remote)The Growth Marketing Manager will work on optimizing existing performance marketing channels as well as proactively test and scale new channels. This role will require daily set-up, optimization, and analysis of multiple campaigns following by a direct response approach.The successful candidate should be constantly looking for ways to drive down acquisition costs across multiple channels.Responsibilities:--- Manage day-to-day operation and optimization of their direct-response marketing program across our current channels of paid social, search, retargeting, affiliate, and influencer marketing.--- Developing and scale the brand into new channels quickly and efficiently--- Test creatives, bids, placements, landing pages, and audiences to scale campaigns efficiently--- Work alongside internal/external designers and copywriters to develop and test new ad variations--- Produce regular analysis, insights, and visibility to share feedback on performance--- Define quarterly road-map with aggressive milestones (including quantified KPI targets), and execute on that strategy efficientlyRequirements:--- Proven marketer who understands and has worked (in house or at agency) across the full DTC marketing funnel--- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a deep focus on acquisition across all major paid channels, most importantly Facebook and Google--- Highly analytical, a structured thinker who is able to glean clear, salient ideas from complex information and very clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand--- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality* --- Strong conversion-oriented copywriting skills
