Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing At Anaplan, we are looking for a dynamic and collaborative Senior Manager of Account Based Marketing, to join our growing team of superstar global growth marketers. Our team is passionate about building awareness and help generating the demand for a connected planning platform that is helping people and companies across the globe to improve their planning processes, make better-informed decisions, and optimize their business results. This position can be located at any of our vibrant hubs across the globe. The global team focuses on driving pipeline through targeted line of business, person-based marketing campaigns. As an experienced ABM practitioner, your primary objective on the global ABM team is to lead our current expand and global account-based marketing strategies for selected 1:1 ABM accounts and work with account leads/teams to meet our objectives of growing the business. You're a data-driven strategic thinker and doer, partnering with the assigned account teams to achieve their account revenue goals. You'll need to balance being highly detailed, while navigating a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones. You thrive in an environment that deeply values collaboration, feedback, and learning.   • Lead in the growth and scale of our key install-base expand objectives with ABM strategies to identify and accelerate opportunity across targeted Fortune 1000accounts. You'll take what's currently working (and not), develop an understanding of the client culture and environment to develop account specific ABM plans.
  • Collaborate across the organization to develop and implement marketing strategies to support account-based selling across our target land and expand accounts -this includes all tactics, messaging and content creation needed.
  • Proactively engage with the customer success, sales and field marketing teams to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
  • Focus on the buyer's journey and deploying the right programmatic account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time.
  • Obsess over ABM metrics to ensure business impact measured by named accounts (sourced/influenced), database for named accounts and accuracy of that data, account/person.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align Marketing and Sales in defining the target audience required to achieve ABM goals and objectives. Technologies you'll work with:

    • GoToWebinar Required attributes and experience:
      • 5+ years of demand generation marketing experience inthe technology/SaaS sector for enterprise B2B; Fortune 1000 account marketing experience
      • 3+ years ABM experience with at least 2 years developing and implementing key account 1:1 ABM plans
      • Previous experience leading strategic planning and marketing programs
      • Strong influencing ability and executive presence
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills
      • Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced remote team work environment
      • Comfortable managing multiple demands and meeting tight deadlines
      • Experience working at a growing company
