Executive Assistant

Job Description:

Adecco is working with the top Financial Institutions in the world. Our client, a Switzerland-based multinational financial services company is seeking a contract Executive Assistant to support c-suite executive in fast-paced environment. This a contract assignment paying $30/hr and must be available to interview and start as soon as possible.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Responsible for all complex calendar management, international/domestic travel arrangements and expense reporting using Concur


- Efficiently interacting with both internal and external executives to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings


- Responsible for organizing and coordinating all office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness


- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following up on issues in a timely manner



SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:



- 8-10 years of Administrative Assistant experience working in a corporate environment is required


- Able to work independently with minimal guidance to carry out assigned responsibilities


- Must be detailed oriented and able to quickly evaluate accuracy of information


- Must have excellent computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite


- Polished and professional demeanor at all times


- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
