Part Time Project/Administrative Assistant - Architectural Design Firm - San FranciscoDGA Planning - Architecture - Interiors, a progressive 160 person design firm with offices in Mountain View, San Francisco, Sacramento and San Diego, is seeking a part time administrative professional to support our San Francisco office for 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.--If you are creative, friendly, articulate and reliable, this is the perfect position for you. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Support:* Various project-related tasks include scanning drawings, placing reprographics orders, formatting specifications, ordering & returning samples, drafting meeting minutes, etc.* Experience with Construction Administration support desired (e.g. logging and processing Submittals & RFIs)* Assist Marketing Team with staff resume updates, project proposals, contact/client database updates, etc.* Maintain architectural product library, updates, and schedule product presentationsOffice Administration (along with Office Manager):* Answer phones and greet clients and guests* Distribute incoming and prepare outgoing mail/packages* Word processing and/or formatting documents* Restock and order office & breakroom supplies and maintain orderly workplace* Troubleshoot office issues and coordinate repairs (e.g. IT, copiers/printers, phones, facilities, etc.)* Errands and other administrative duties as requiredRequired Skills/Experience:* Experience working for a design firm* Professional appearance and friendly, articulate phone manner (you must be confident, helpful and answer the phone with a smile)* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office software, Google Business applications (primarily Gmail, Calendar & Meet), and web conferencing services (e.g. Zoom and WebEx),* Skilled in Bluebeam Revu, Photoshop & InDesign a plus, or the desire and aptitude to learn new software* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Reliable and positive attitude - flexible team playerPlease Note:--This is a work-from-home position until the City & County of SF lift Covid-19 restrictions and we return to the office.--You must have the unrestricted right to work in the U.S.--Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, holiday pay, and 401k & Profit Sharing Plan.--We also offer a generous bonus plan.Please send resume with cover letter to kmartinez@dga-sf.com.--ONLY RESUMES WITH COVER LETTERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
