Job OverviewThe DMC Administrative Coordinator is responsible for clerical and administrative support for the SFDMC 3.5, 3.1 and withdrawal management pay source. Providing high quality customer service, the DMC Administrative Coordinator ensures that the administrative and compliance needs of the SF-DMC contract are met and in compliance with agency policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities:* Provides clerical support, including data entry, copying, and other responsibilities* Responsible for daily update of facility pop-sheet* Scheduling and reporting of Clinical Teams weekly* Run daily SF-DMC Unbillable Day Report* Collect and review daily group sign in sheets* Check group sign in sheets to make sure they are complete and accurate* Will ensure that groups and individual sessions are recorded in Welligent* Review weekly summaries* Run reports in the City/County system to check approval/disapproval of reauthorizations* Run Medi CAL eligibility report at least twice monthlyEducation and Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEducation and Experience Required:* High School Diploma or equivalent* 2 years or more experience in an administrative roleDesired:* Bachelor's Degree in related fieldBackground Clearance Required:* Must not be on active parole or probationKnowledge Required:* Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and internet applicationsDesired:* Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self sufficiencySkills and Abilities Required:* Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data* Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility and reliability are imperative* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills* Integrity to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner* Action oriented* Strong problem-solving skills* Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities* Outstanding ability to follow-through with tasks* Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of interdisciplinary team and independently assume responsibility* Strong initiative and enthusiasm and willingness to pitch in whenever needed* Able to communicate well at all levels of the organization including working with organization leadership and high-level representatives of partner organizations* Able to work within a frequently changing project scope while maintaining overall direction and structured prioritiesDesired:* Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and trauma informed treatment* Knowledge of Clinical documentation (treatment plans, progress notes etc.)* Experience working with criminal justice population* BilingualTag: IND50.
