WE ARE HIRING FOR "THE WORLD'S LARGEST SEARCH ENGINE" Full-time, Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision/401k), Temporary position (6-month assignment) Administrative Business Partner As the Administrative Business Partner, you will provide day-to-day administrative support for meetings, events, and travel - including detailed itineraries, agendas, and briefings. The executive travels frequently and often require highly capable, agile support in coordinating logistics - including speaking events, meetings, conferences, and other requirements. There may be opportunities for the candidate to accompany the executive on certain trips. The ideal candidate would have excellent attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple workstreams and projects, along with maturity, discretion, and the drive and curiosity to understand the context of relationships, projects, and priorities. There are opportunities to delve into the content of the executive's work, such as facilitating the planning of curated events and convenings, preparing agendas and decks, and being a central point of contact across a diverse network of partners. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar, travel, and logistics support for fast-paced, dynamic executive
  • Facilitate flow of information between external parties, team members, and the executive, enabling better alignment between time management and strategic priorities
  • Act as a force multiplier, with opportunities to engage in event planning, partnership management, communications management (both internal and external), and preparing briefings or slide decks (bios, meeting agendas, action items, etc.) Mandatory Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience (ideally 3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or a similar role working with a high-level executive
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends where necessary, and ability to respond quickly to evolving situations
  • Highly adaptive, able to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Team player with willingness to engage in diverse projects and assignments
