For more information, visitwww.globalfoundries.com. -- INTRODUCTION -- This is a Staff Business Analysis position in the Transformation Office at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. In this role, the individual will have responsibilities for defining, driving and executing transformation initiatives across various work parts of the business (including but not limited to revenue generation, technology transfer, cost optimization). Accountable for managing a number of assets/workstreams. The focus at this position is to fulfill the business mandate, investment strategy, monitoring, reporting and optimizing the performance of those assets/workstreams. Provide leadership to Principal Analysts to ensure accountability for team to deliver all aspects of work as per set timelines and quality standards. -- The candidate will drive strategic projects, define and implement KPI-based metrics to determine project efficiency and effectiveness and follow through to ensure execution. Demonstrate hands-on expertise in all aspects of project definition, prioritization, execution and steering. In order to be successful the candidate will regularly work with cross-functional upper-management to define business processes and solutions for program and resource management, gain stakeholder alignment and execute deployment timelines. -- Your Job\: -- ------------------Defining, orchestrating and executing transformation initiatives across various workstreams (e.g. revenue generation, cost reduction, capacity optimization) ------------------Leadership role in establishing processes and methodologies for managing project portfolios including chairing respective steering committees ------------------Responsible for program management functions, reporting, progress controlling and support definition of mitigating actions as required ------------------Working with cross-organization middle-and upper-management to define business processes and solutions for program and resource management, gain stakeholder alignment and execute to aggressive deployment timelines ------------------On as required basis, supporting CEO, EVP Strategy, site GMs, in the development of deal structure, negotiations and legal documentation ------------------Lead negotiations with prospective partners, developing and evaluating asset monetization / exit strategies ------------------Facilitate and develop team capabilities through coaching and mentoring activities ------------------When necessary, with the support of the Principle Analyst on the team, gathering information from different data sources and build solid financial models to support business decisions (e.g. investment cases, M&A transactions). Develop clear and logical arguments for or against specific business opportunities ------------------Collaborating with cross-functional deal teams to structure the deal, and prepare and close all required documentation such as NDA, Term Sheet, SPA, etc. ------------------Networking and building relationships with industry key players, relevant consultants, and / or financial institutions ------------------Driving business-planning activities (short-term and long-term planning) including strategy and objectives, annual budget development, and corporate performance measures ------------------Reviewing and assessing business risks and ensuring effective plans are in place to manage and mitigate risks. Elevating critical risk to executive management team in a timely manner --Qualification: Required qualifications\: -- ------------------ Master------s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar relevant field ------------------ Fluent in English (written and verbal) ------------------ 3-5 years of relevant experience in professional environments, such as top consulting firms, investment banks, or corporate finance functions.
