the cornerstone of Paxos regulation-first approach, ensuring we
maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance while
enabling innovation. The team combines deep regulatory expertise
with a practical understanding of blockchain technology to develop
and implement robust compliance programs. We work closely with
business units and product teams to create solutions that protect
our company and customers while facilitating growth in both
traditional and digital asset environments. About the role As a
Compliance Program Manager, you will be responsible for conducting
comprehensive AML/CFT due diligence on Paxos enterprise
partnerships throughout their lifecycles. Youll work
cross-functionally to contribute compliance expertise to risk
reviews of new partner relationships while ensuring accurate
compliance contributions to onboarding and ongoing reverse due
diligence. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape
compliance processes in an innovative fintech environment while
maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. What
youll do Lead and execute AML/CFT due diligence processes for
enterprise partnerships, from initial assessment through ongoing
monitoring Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance
documentation, including risk assessments and program evaluations
Collaborate with Growth, Legal, Product and Operations teams to
integrate compliance requirements seamlessly Prepare and present
monthly/quarterly KPI/KRI analysis on partners Draft detailed
compliance memos assessing AML/CFT programs and controls of
partners Drive continuous improvement initiatives for compliance
processes and procedures Coordinate effectively with the
Governance, Risk, Oversight team and other stakeholders on
enterprise risk management Contribute to the development and
enhancement of compliance policies and controls About you 4 years
of experience in AML/CFT compliance, with focus on enhanced due
diligence Proven track record of managing complex compliance
processes in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of
financial crime compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
Experience conducting thorough risk assessments and writing clear,
comprehensive reports Excellent cross-functional collaboration and
communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities with attention to detail Demonstrated experience using AI
tools to improve how you work Bachelors degree required; relevant
certifications (CAMS, ACAMS) preferred Nice to have: Experience in
cryptocurrency or blockchain technology Background in correspondent
banking relationships Third-party risk management experience
Exposure to fintech or digital payments platforms Experience at a
regulatory body (state or federal) or consulting firm Pay and
benefits Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and benefits
package, including equity and bonuses based on both your individual
performance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses is
dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends
on your skills, experience, and qualifications. Expected range for
the base salary component for candidates located within the United
States is: $113,897—$133,996 USD
