BANKING VP, Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for clients in the semiconductor & semiconductor capital equipment sector, such as: buy & sell-side M&A, inclusive of cross-border transactions, as well as cap mrkts processes, incl. debt & equity offerings. Lead due diligence processes for investment banking transactions in the semiconductor & semiconductor capital equipment sector. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Master's or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Executing investment banking transactions & processes in a global firm environment, incl. both M&A & cap mrkts products; Preparing financial analysis, incl. detailed valuation analysis incl. LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion & dilution, IPO pro forma analysis, comparative company analysis, & sum of parts analysis.
