hiring a driven and analytical Senior Analyst, Implementation &
Customer Success to work directly with our retail brokerage
customers.Responsibilities will includeObjective #1: In your first
30 days, you will:
- Onboard alongside other new Ascend employees.
- Begin learning our product and processes.
- Begin visiting our agency partners on-site.Objective #2: In
your first 60 days, you will:
- Begin leading onboarding calls with new customers, serving as
their primary point of contact for all things Ascend.
- Work closely with our Operations, Product, Engineering, and
Product Support teams to identify and solution complex issues and
use cases, whether for an individual customer or across our entire
product surface area.Objective #3: In your first 90 days, and
beyond, you will:
- Be an expert on Ascend, capable of answering any and all
questions our customers have.
- Own a book of business and be responsible for all aspects of
implementation and account management, including renewals and
expansions.You might be a good fit if you are/have
- A background in payments or lending.
- Adept at frequent context switching, managing multiple projects
at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritizing.
- Ability to build influential relationships throughout an
organization's hierarchy.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
with diverse teams and individuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills at the
executive level.Base Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000
annuallyCompetitive base salary and meaningful equity in a
