you'll connect Asana's operational and business strategies, shaping
long-term financial outcomes. Collaborating with finance, business,
and product teams, you will turn data into actionable insights and
help solve Asana's most complex challenges by identifying,
analyzing, and synthesizing the factors driving our growth. This
role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric
hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday,
and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on
Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of
work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're

the in-office requirements. What you'll achieve
- Partner with senior leadership to build and enhance long-term
forecasting models that support critical growth and operational
strategies for Asana's go-to-market & product teams, with a
particular focus on the Enterprise segment
- Develop a strong understanding of Asana's business model and
translate the long-term impact to Asana's performance from
near-term business decisions (and vice versa) in order to make key
recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, business, and
product teams, using financial modeling and analysis to guide and
influence strategic business choices
- Bring effective and scalable solutions to processes and models,
supporting company-wide strategic planning and forecasting
processes through efficient methods
- Act as a trusted advisor to finance, business, and product
leadership; taking part in quarterly and annual business reviews
and earnings processes
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required About you:
- 5+ years of applicable and progressive experience in strategic
or corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or
consulting
- Excellent business judgment and intellectual curiosity; proven
ability to turn (sometimes incomplete) data into actionable
insights and recommendations and present findings clearly and
concisely to senior management
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets required. As a
willing learner, you want to boost these skills with SQL and/or
data visualization tools like Tableau and Snowflake
- Display autonomy and effective project planning, cultivating
productive relationships cross-functionally with superior planning,
process management, and organizational skills
- Hold a degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics,
economics, or a related quantitative field; prior experience with
enterprise software / SaaS business models a plus
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude: humility and humor

audit. The estimated base salary range for this role is between
$164,000 and $208,000. The actual base salary will vary based on
various factors, including market and individual qualifications
objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range
above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may
be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package
may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive
