Job Description Our client, an international hospitalitycompany, is looking for an experienced and motivated Director ofFinance to bring onto their team. This Director ofFinance will oversee the financialreporting for the propertyand be a key member of the leadership team.

Director of Finance Responsibilities:

• Manage team of four
• Manage monthly financial reporting for the property,receivables, payables, cash flow and deposits
• Develop and analyze financial data and operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, prior year and forecast
• Create annual budgets and monthly variance analysis
• Review journal entries, bank reconciliations andcash management
• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting
• Establish and audit internal financial controls and coordinate with outside CPA firm on external audits
• Hire, train, supervise and develop staff
• Other special projects and duties as assigned
  Director of Finance Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting in the hospitality industry
  • Priorexperience managing and developing direct reports in higher level finance and accounting roles
