Collaborate with the Global Research team and maintain and actively publish on internal systems. Participate in regularly scheduled meetings and phone calls with company management teams and external research analysts. Provide support for client information needs. Meet with company management to evaluate investment opportunities. Attend industry conferences to source investment opportunities. Conduct research on industries and companies. Analyze financial and operationalperformance of companies facing financial difficulties to identify or recommend remedies. Assess companies as investments. Perform other special research projects as needed by the team. Opportunity allows for partial work from home as long as employee resides in the same Metropolitan Statistical Area, where the job is offered (as defined by the Bureau of Labor Statistics). Salary range: $145,038 to $165,000.Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and three (3) years of experience as a Research Analyst, Research Associate or related position.Experience must include: Conducting financial analysis on companies and industries; Performing financial modelling; Performing risk management using factor analysis; and Performing statistical analysis using Bloomberg and Factset. Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
