Investor Relations team, you will work closely to position Samsara
to investors and analysts. You will play a key role in collecting
and analyzing information that will inform our narrative, managing
investor and analyst relationships, building investor targeting
strategies, and managing various investor events. We are looking

information (business and financial) that will inform our narrative
to investors and analystsCollaborate with Strategic Finance,
FP&A, Legal, Comms, and Marketing to gather information related
to quarterly financial performance and ensure accuracy of figures
and alignment of external messagingMonitor and internally summarize
industry trends and peers' commentary and financial results by
continuously tracking sell-side research, financial news, and
transcriptsChampion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural
principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term,
Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale
globally and across new officesMinimum requirements for the role:2+
years of experience in investor relations, equity research,
investment banking or strategic financeStrong familiarity with
financial modeling and valuationBias-to-action and hands-on
experience delivering business results. You're eager to roll your
sleeves up and make an impactSelf-motivated with a history of
taking on expanding rolesComfortable working in a fast-paced
environmentAbility to collaborate cross functionally with Strategic
Finance, FP&A, Legal, Comms, and Marketing teamsExcellent
communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to investors
and analystsBachelor's degreeSamsara's Compensation Philosophy:
Samsara's compensation program is designed to deliver total
compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is above
market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable +
restricted stock unit awards (RSUs). A new hire RSU award is
awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may
be awarded annually.We pay for performance, and top performers are
eligible to receive above target equity refresh awards which allow
employees to achieve higher market positioning.The range of annual
base salary for full-time employees for this position is below.

including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills,
