Senior Fund Accountant (Flexible on Title)
Palo Alto (hybrid 3 in)
120-150k + 10-20% bonus
Our client is a venture capital fund of funds looking to bring on a new Fund Accountant to join the team. They recently joined with another venture capital firm which helps celebrities invest in "unicorns" of the future. This role is open to growth and the person will report directly to a VP of Finance
Keys:

• 
  
• 
  3+ years of fund accounting experience (no straight public unfortunately)
  
  
• 
  Huge plus - Valuations experience
  
  
• 
  Not heads down mentality - must be well spoken and collaborative

  Responsibilities include

  • 
    Annual audit assistance
    
    
  • 
    General fund accounting (cap calls, distributions, supporting k1, bank recs)
    
    
  • 
    Ad hoc requests as needed
    
    
    Sells
    
    • 
      
    • 
      fully covered healthcare
      
      
    • 
      stipends including internet etc
      
      
    • 
      Catered lunch every in office day
      
      
    •
