Job Description Our company is currently seeking ---a Construction Bookkeeper to join our team We manage all accounting and office duties for our South Bay Electrical Contractor and additional contractors we support. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for the companies we support. This will include daily billing of customers, running weekly payroll for several companies, reconciling all company accounts and working with other staff members to support our clients needs. We are a small construction management firm who specializes in construction accounting. ( www.ContractorManager.com ) We are expanding our services into the South Bay and are looking for a bookkeeper with excellent working experience with Quickbooks and have the ability to multi task and work with several of our clients and handle their accounting needs. This position will start in our our brand new beautiful office in Millbrae where will will have multiple companies in a large share office space with companies specializing in all aspects of construction and design. This position requires at least 3 years of full time Quickbooks experience at a high level. This is not a training position This will be an exciting position and allow you to work with several companies. I promise you will never be bored. No health benefits but we provide paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays and extra perks Responsibilities: Obtain primary financial data for accounting records Compute and record numerical data Check the accuracy of business transactions Perform data entry and administrative duties Reconciliation of all accounts monthly Run payroll through Quickbooks Create estimates and progress invoicing Handle AP/AR Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields Must be an expert in Quickbooks (This is imperative) Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Good sense of humor with great work ethic Check us out at WWW.ContractorManager.com Company Description www.ContractorManager.com
