-Columbia, Helly Hanson
mens and womans sportswear -Volcom, Eden, LRG,
toys and gifts - specialty food, plush

We seek to promote from within and are looking for someone to grow with the company and take on new responsibilities.

Store Supervisor:

Store Supervisors report directly to the Store Manager and take part in all aspects of the business. As a Supervisor, you will take responsibility for supervising the sales floor and the employees along with back office tasks such as scheduling, placing reorders for goods, analyzing sales reports, cash control, and more. Ultimately, supervisors are responsible for increasing sales and store profitability and supervising the store on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

Retail, Customer Service, or Sales experience
1+ years management experience specialty retail preferred
Excellent sales skills and the ability to train new salespeople
Experience with providing guidance to employees and enforcing progressive discipline
Business math skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Sound judgment
Ambition to take on additional responsibilities

Schedule:

This position is Full-Time and requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
