Position: Manager, Enterprise Solutions (San Francisco, CA)

Duties: Define the evolution of sales engineering practice strategies and

advisory services offered to our clients. Maintain overall responsibility

for the profitability of all client related work within the portfolio, and

manage the profitability of the portfolios. Responsible for program and

project management efforts to lead and deliver large complex client

engagements that identify, design, and deliver creative business and

technology solutions for large companies. Lead discovery workshops to

determine client needs and understand critical business problems. Provide

service excellence by supplementing the standard assessment tools and

techniques with innovative approaches. Develop ERP based solution designs

using Leading Practice Reference Models (LPRM) in core business processes

areas including Order-To-Cash, Procure-To-Pay, Record-To-Report and

Billing/Revenue Management. Design functional and technical solutions to re-

engineer, automate and optimize business processes. Perform solution

validation analysis and prepare C-level executive recommendations in the

context of the overall engagement. Support business activities and sales

pipeline growth efforts through commercial proposal/SOW drafting and pitch-

book creation for client presentations. Mentor junior staff/consultants as

part of management and growth for the ERP solutions practice.

Requirements: Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in

Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration,

Management Information Systems, or a related field and two (2) years of

experience in solution design and architecture development for enterprise

applications, or in the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign

equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business

Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field and five

(5) years of experience as indicated above.

Also requires: demonstrated expertise demonstrated expertise analyzing core

business requirements and defining future state architecture for business

process cycles including Order-To-Cash, Procure-To-Pay, Record-To-Report

and Billing/Revenue Management; developing strategic plans, managing

project economics, and timelines for ERP/Billing and advanced applications

based engagements, and leading business development initiatives with IT,

finance, and procurement executives; performing project management and risk

management activities to analyze business processes and systems; utilizing

SQL and PL/SQL programming languages to develop Business Intelligence and

big data solutions; working with commercial grade ERP packages and billing

and revenue management solutions from software vendors including Oracle and

SAP; and interfacing with IT partners throughout development and

integration processes in an advisory capacity.
