Job Description:
Ensure proper utilization of organization’s facilities and
personnel with respect to media production. Consult with managers to determine
most efficient execution of media programs. Ensure client marketing
objectives are on target and within budget. Identify untapped opportunities
with existing clients and identify New Media business opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with publishers to optimize products and
services. Develop reporting to monitor success of media campaigns. Set
test goals for each account and monitor progress. Provide daily and weekly
status reports to the Account team, Media Director, and clients. Track
program analyses from a metrics and strategic perspective. Offer
stakeholders actionable next steps to improve subsequent campaign performance
or offer innovative techniques and media approaches. Establish and
maintain a media Quality Assurance (QA) process to ensure the highest quality
service and work product. Connect with vendors to receive competitive
proposals that meet profitability metrics and study effectiveness. Ensure
meeting dynamics are discussed, prioritized, and set amongst the team
prior to each meeting. Monitor progress towards meeting clients’ financial and
media metrics objectives for each campaign. Optimize and modify media
mix and allocations to ensure products and services meet corporate
needs. Coordinate research concerning new business prospects,
publishers, and competitors. Leads, executes, and processes the Intel
reimbursement program and ensures reimbursement is achieved by end of each quarter.
Train and supervise the Media team (consisting of a Media Buyer, Junior
Media Coordinator, and an Associate Account Coordinator) and oversee
media strategy, development, production, execution, optimization, and
reporting. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign education) in
Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field and 3
years of experience managing accounts in the field of Media,
Advertising, Publishing, Direct Mail or Marketing. Special Requirements: (1)Demonstrated expertise employing various marketing platforms
and their processes, including Digital Media, Demand Generation, Lead
Generation, Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimizations, Direct
Marketing, Out of Home, Social, and Legacy platforms; (2)Demonstrated expertise utilizing B2B (business to business)
technology in connection with media campaigns and buys; and, (3)Demonstrated expertise applying basic algebraic concepts to
the calculation of discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
