The Games business has a strong technology infrastructure,
consisting wholly of proprietary code developed for the following
functions.
- Virtual Currency: A robust platform to enable game developers
to insert virtual currency offers into their game dynamics and
monetize their games
- In-Game Display: A proprietary ad server delivering over 8
Billion banner and video impressions per month within casual
games
- Direct Pay: A platform enabling developers to support over 125
domestic and international payment methods within their
games
- Mobile: All of the above products have recently been replicated
for mobile (see press releases)
- An auction marketplace located at www.bidsystem.com for
advertisers to purchase ads through the Games business
POSITION OVERVIEW
Adknowledge, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Ad Operations to join
the Games team. As the lead for managing the delivery of our video
advertising products, you will be responsible for managing all
operational aspects – managing relationships with ad networks,
campaign management, audience targeting, budget/spend optimization,
bidding, analysis, and reporting. You will manage the full
life-cycle of ad operations — on-boarding, initial ramp up,
supporting our publisher account team with ongoing account
management for our publishers, monthly/quarterly business reviews,
etc.
The Ad Ops Manager position is designed to work with advertisers
and internal Adknowledge teams in the day-to-day management of
advertiser, agency, and network accounts. You will work with client
campaigns in multiple advertising channels – specifically, games,
video, social, and mobile advertising. In this role, you will be
responsible for managing several sources of advertising and helping
drive strong monetization for our publishers.
Primary duties include:
- Account on-boarding. Manage the on-boarding process, guiding
customers through their orientation, setup/integration, and
training with the Adknowledge platform, with the goal of making the
client self-sufficient
- Account development: Provide consultation services through to
self-serve accounts, internal accounts and direct sales teams.
Qualify and understand the advertisers’ objectives and business
models. Assist advertisers with campaigns including pricing, ad
creative, bid positions and budgets to fit the advertisers’ goals.
Take a proactive approach to ongoing account and relationship
management with the goal of providing superior customer experience
and flawless use of our platform
- Achieve revenue growth: Up-sell advertisers with suggestions in
order to achieve account growth and ROI performance improvements.
Manage and grow advertiser accounts
- Client retention: Resolve advertiser disputes, troubleshoot
customer issues and work with internal resources to resolve
them
- Analysis and reporting: Optimize, track and analyze advertiser
performance. Provide business- and account-level reporting and
analysis to clients and internal constituencies
- Project and customer management processes. Develop and
implement appropriate project and customer management processes to
ensure exceptional delivery to meet advertiser needs
- Trafficking: Create and manage campaigns sourced by internal
sales and business development teams. Ensure delivery of traffic
ordered
Additional responsibilities include:
- Interacting with internal and external resources to ensure
continuous customer satisfaction, and modifying plans and processes
when necessary to maintain reliability and performance
- Understanding functions of the advertising network including
how the system optimizes, best practices and how system performance
directly affects revenue
- Maintaining a clear understanding of the social media, display
advertising and internet advertising industries to fuel strategic
decision making
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be a responsible professional with
at least:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in ad trafficking or ad
operations functional roles; account management experience a
must
- A minimum of 3 years working in an online
advertising/interactive media business. Experience in online video
advertising and mobile advertising is preferred, but not
required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- CPM, CPC and CPA experience is preferred, but not required

deadlines. Must be able to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly
tasks and possess a “sense of urgency” to ensure deadlines are
met.
