lite" inventory in email, social games, display, and domain

POSITION OVERVIEW
This newly created role will drive and facilitate the building
and effective operating of a global, world class sales organization
supporting our Games business. Primary duties include:
- Sales Strategy, Structure and Expansion: Support GM Games in
ensuring sales organization and plans bother advertiser and
publisher - are aligned with strategic priorities, by product,
vertical and country. Support setup and operation of international
offices and sales agents.
- New Sales Pipeline: Design and support implementation of new
sales pipelines for sales teams, including in countries where we
have no permanent sales presence.
- Sales Productivity: Design and deliver optimal hiring,
training, job descriptions, incentives to ensure maximum sales
productivity and efficiency.
- Product Integration and Cross-Sell: Support cross-selling of
Games products to advertisers through providing product training,
collateral, support and incentives. Work with Bidsystem product
team to ensure smooth launch when additional products enter the
platform.
- Sales Processes and Innovation: Design and implement critical
sales processes, such as balancing inventory supply and demand, or
increasing RPMs.
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident
leader with at least:
- Industry experience in online and brand marketing
- Functional experience in sales, marketing and project
management. Analytics experience would be helpful
- Experience of selling multiple products in multiple
geographies
- Gravitas and experience sufficient to be seen as a peer and
thought leader in the Games team
- World class project management, training and process design
skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
