Job Description:
Duties: As a member of the data science group, will support overall
business operations by delivering analytical insights and consultative
analysis to help business units make objective decisions using science. Will
develop algorithms and predictive models using large amounts of
structured and unstructured data. Will collaborate with internal technology
team to deploy solutions for real-time decisions. Will design experiments to
determine efficacy of solutions. Will provide on-going performance
monitoring of decision systems and statistical models. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent foreign education) in
Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 5 years’
experience applying programming skills, quantitative and qualitative
analytics to improve business operations. OR, in the alternative: Master's degree (or equivalent foreign education) in Statistics,
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field 3 years’
experience applying programming skills, quantitative and qualitative
analytics to improve business operations. Special Requirements: 1. Demonstrated expertise in data management, data scrubbing,
and data architecture as well as the ability to extract data from
different sources using SQL or other programming languages. 2. Demonstrated expertise deploying machine-learning techniques
for dimensionality reduction, regression, clustering, and
classification to provide business operations solutions using R or Python. 3. Demonstrated expertise using C# to build tools for quality
assurance and efficiency enhancement for Data Science products. 4. Demonstrated expertise conducting experiments and analyzing
multivariate test results to provide insights and recommendations to senior
