Job Description:

Duties: Will participate in the planning, analysis, design, and

development of multiple IT operations projects from creation of project

plan through execution and final delivery of product functions. Will

coordinate and track tasks of multiple IT operations projects as directed

by project owners. Will document, track, and communicate team decisions

and actions. Will manage project-related activities on a daily basis and

execute final delivery of product. Will collaborate with stakeholders to

develop accurate project requirements. Will determine project scope and

ensure desired result. Will create Statements of Work (“SOWs”) and

collaborate with stakeholders to develop project schedule. Will conduct

regular reviews and updates to project schedules based on progress and

change. Will escalate project issues as necessary to the appropriate level

of management. Will document project plans, requirements, and schedules to

determine areas in need of improvement and enhance management reporting,

project management processes, and metrics across the organization to

support alignment between IT and business units.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign education) in Business,

Management, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related

field and 3 years of project management experience in IT operations and

infrastructure.

OR, In the alternative:

Master’s degree (or equivalent foreign education) in Business, Management,

Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and 1

year of project management experience in IT operations and infrastructure.

Special Requirements:

1. Demonstrated expertise coordinating cross-functional teams to improve IT

operations;

2. Demonstrated expertise developing scalable IT project plans and

repeatable templates for the insurance industry;

3. Demonstrated expertise managing the planning, design, development,

testing, and deployment of IT projects; and

4. Demonstrated expertise leveraging Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

programs, including Excel, SharePoint, and Visio programs.
